Introduction to Korean Language –A linguist’s Approach:

Korean Language also known as Hangugeo (한국어;힌국말,韓國語) or Gugeo (국어; 國語; literally "national language"), is the official language of Korean Peninsula (North and South Korea). Widely spoken by 78 million mainland people and other million Korean Diasporas, Korean language is one of those beautiful oriental languages which have earned a good reputation of being enriched by great litterateurs and at the same time a good business holding. Historically speaking, Korean is classified as Altaic language or as pro-Altaic languages. But due to a unique structure and its scientific platform, Korean language is very different language and its learning is very beautiful experience.

As it is prevalent in other oriental languages, Chinese has a great influence on Asia pacific languages. Korean also, has gone a through a rich learning phase
